Your biggest obstacle isn’t the market or the competition... It’s the limits you place on yourself. Break through them.”

Hi, I’m Mak 👋

I’m 27 years old and originally from upstate New York. I always knew I wanted financial freedom and to help people, but I didn’t always know how. For a while I thought that meant working in fields like nursing or law, so I studied both before realizing neither path really felt like “me.”

During school I picked up bartending and ended up falling in love with it. I became a bar manager, where I had full creative freedom to design drinks and recipes. Eventually I dropped out of college and later moved to Miami to bartend at a popular beach bar. I loved the energy, the creativity, and the freedom bartending gave me.

Then COVID hit, and everything changed. Overnight I lost my job, and with just some cash saved in a shoebox, I had to figure out a new direction. I didn’t have a degree, I was in my early 20s, and I wasn’t sure what to do next. That’s when I turned to online business.

I was dropshipping, selling digital products, and then I started my first Etsy shop in the mental health niche, hand-pouring candles, making cards, sourcing products, boxing, and shipping everything myself. It was meaningful, and I even donated proceeds to mental health organizations, but it was also exhausting and hard to scale. That’s when I discovered print on demand! And within six months my Etsy shop took off. I realized I was actually good at selling products online, and I’d found a business model that could change my life.

Since then, I’ve been running online stores for almost six years, testing, learning, and growing along the way. In 2022, I started creating content as a creative outlet to share what I had learned. That content grew into a community I’m incredibly grateful for, and eventually into partnerships with brands I’d admired and used since my earliest days, like Printify, EverBee, Shopify, and Kittl. That’s when “Money With Mak” was born.

Print on demand gave me financial freedom, stability, and opportunities I never thought possible at my age. I’ve built savings, started investing, and I’m even working toward buying property...things I never imagined back when I was behind the bar in Miami.

Now I live in Austin, Texas, surrounded by a supportive circle of friends and family. Outside of business, I’m a creative at heart: I love drawing, painting, and digital art. I’m also goofy and a little introverted( somehow more comfortable talking to a camera than in real life lol). I love singing, traveling, playing computer and board games, hitting Vegas to gamble, and winding down with a good pasta and red wine combo.

Print on demand changed everything for me, and now my goal is to help others experience the same freedom. I want to show that even if you feel lost, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to start, you can still build a business that gives you flexibility, creativity, and a life you love.
